Fleet van wraps are one of the most common requests we get at our Henderson shop, and a recent project shows why: three business vans — a Ford Transit, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, and a cargo van — all wrapped at the same time in our indoor facility.

When multiple vehicles from the same company (or different companies) need wraps close together, scheduling and consistency matter as much as the design itself. That’s exactly what this job was about.
Three Vans, One Shop, Same Week
This round of commercial & fleet vehicle wraps included a 2025 Ford Transit low roof for 7 Rays Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration (7rayshvac.com), a 2026 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for Tiffany Couture Cleaners, and a cargo van for LV Modern Pools (lvmodernpools.com). Three different vehicle types, three different brands, all handled in the same stretch of time at our Henderson bays.
That’s the practical reality of fleet van wraps for a local business: you need a shop that can take on more than one vehicle without stretching the schedule out for weeks. We design, print, and install every wrap in-house, which is what makes that kind of turnaround possible.
Why Fleet Van Wraps Matter for Henderson & Las Vegas Businesses
A work van is a rolling billboard whether it’s parked at a jobsite, idling at a stoplight on Boulder Highway, or sitting in a customer’s driveway. Fleet van wraps turn that unavoidable visibility into something intentional — consistent branding, contact info, and a professional look across every vehicle in the fleet.
For businesses operating across Henderson, Las Vegas, and the surrounding valley, that consistency helps customers recognize the brand whether the van shows up in Summerlin, Green Valley, or Enterprise. It’s also a straightforward way to reinforce brand trust before a technician ever knocks on the door.
How We Approach the Install
For this batch of fleet van wraps, panels were laid horizontally instead of vertically. That approach reduces visible seams across the body of the van, which matters on larger panel vans where a seam running the wrong direction can be distracting.
Taillights were also removed so the vinyl could wrap around and behind them, rather than being cut around the housing. The result is a cleaner line at the rear of the vehicle instead of a visible edge butted up against the lens.
- Designed, printed, and installed entirely in-house
- Printed on 3M vinyl with a gloss laminate
- Horizontal panel layout to minimize seams
- Taillights removed and wrapped for a clean finish
We print on 3M vinyl with a gloss laminate for all of our fleet work, which keeps the graphics looking sharp under the valley’s high-UV conditions. If you’ve browsed our vinyl wraps page, this is the same in-house process scaled up for multiple vehicles at once.
Minimizing Downtime Is the Priority
For any business running a fleet, a van sitting idle is a van that isn’t generating revenue. That’s why timeline is front and center on every fleet van wraps project we take on — we average about a day per vehicle, though that can vary depending on the schedule and the size of the van.
Having all three vans scheduled together let us keep each business’s downtime short while still giving each vehicle a careful, seam-conscious install. It’s a workflow we’ve refined specifically for commercial customers who can’t afford a vehicle to be off the road for long.
Indoor, Climate-Controlled Install Bays
All of this work happens inside our 15-bay facility at Valley Auto Mall in Henderson, across from Lamborghini Henderson. An indoor environment matters for vinyl work — dust, wind, and direct sun all make a clean install harder, and Henderson’s climate doesn’t always cooperate outdoors.
Whether you’re a single van owner or managing a growing fleet, our team is set up to handle commercial car wraps for businesses throughout Henderson, Las Vegas, Summerlin, Green Valley, Enterprise, North Las Vegas, and Boulder City.
If you’re considering fleet van wraps for your own business vehicles, stop by our Henderson shop to talk through design and scheduling — we’re happy to walk through the process in person.
