An enclosed trailer wrap is one of the best advertising investments a Las Vegas business owner can make, and these four real jobs from our Henderson shop show exactly why.
Unlike a sedan or a service van, an enclosed trailer gives you long flat sides with no windows, no mirrors, and no roofline to break up the artwork. It sits parked at job sites, in lots along I-15 and the 215, and outside warehouses for hours at a time – more eyes on the design than most billboards get in a day. For commercial wraps in Las Vegas, a trailer is often the highest-value surface a company owns.
Garage Kings: Selling the Service Like a Billboard
The Garage Kings trailer treats the side panel like a billboard ad. Red and gold color blocking, a crown shield logo, and the headline ‘Amazing 1 Day Garage Floors’ sit above a photo of a yellow sports car parked on a coated garage floor. An icon panel on the side door adds one more visual cue before a reader even gets to the text.
This layout works because it answers three questions in one glance: what the company does, what the result looks like, and how clean the finish is. That is the formula for any enclosed trailer wrap meant to generate calls from a parking lot or a job site.
Air Force Graphics: Theme and Texture, Not Just a Logo
The long triple-axle trailer we wrapped in U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve graphics proves a wrap can be a visual effect, not only a logo placement. Printed in matte dark grey and black, the panels mimic riveted aircraft skin, down to the seam lines and fastener detail, with white insignia placed across the surface.
From a distance on the highway, the eye reads ‘aircraft’ before it reads ‘trailer.’ That is what texture printing does: it changes how the metal itself appears, not just what is written on it.
CryoHarvest: Minimal Design for a Premium Brand
CryoHarvest took the opposite approach. The tandem-axle trailer is finished all black, with a single large holographic-look geometric star logo and minimal white lettering. Empty space does the work here – the fewer elements on the panel, the more premium the brand feels.
A minimal enclosed trailer wrap like this depends on precise placement and clean print edges, since there is nowhere for a flaw to hide.
Slam Nevada Bulls: Team Identity on Wheels
The Slam Nevada Bulls football trailer turns an equipment hauler into part of the game-day presence. Black panels, glowing green lettering, and a large green bull mascot on the rear doors carry team colors to every field and parking lot the trailer visits.
It is a good example of how a trailer wrap can represent an organization the same way a jersey does.
Installation Realities for an Enclosed Trailer Wrap
Every enclosed trailer wrap has to work around the trailer’s actual construction, not just the artwork file. Rivets, seam lines, corrugation, door hardware, and rear ramp doors are all part of the surface we print and install onto.
We lay out each panel so text and logos never land across a seam, a hinge, or a rivet line. That planning happens before a single piece of film is printed, which is one reason design and print both happen in-house at our Henderson facility.
Sizing Artwork for a 16 to 40 Foot Canvas
A trailer can run anywhere from 16 to 40 feet long, and the artwork has to read correctly at highway speed, not just up close on a screen. Lettering, logos, and contrast all get scaled for reading distance – what looks balanced on a monitor can disappear at 60 mph on US-95.
We proof full-scale layouts against the trailer’s real dimensions before printing, so the design holds up whether someone is walking past it in a lot or passing it on the freeway.
Durability for Outdoor Storage in Las Vegas
Trailers in the valley spend most of their life parked outside, facing direct UV and summer heat for much of the year. We use 3M print and overlaminate materials suited to that kind of exposure, which matters more for a trailer than almost any other vehicle type, since it rarely sees the inside of a garage.
Designed, Printed, and Installed in Henderson
All four of these trailers were designed, printed, and installed by our team at Purple Flare Wraps inside our Henderson facility. Keeping every step in-house lets us control color accuracy, seam placement, and panel alignment from the first design draft through the final install.
