Hand washing is best for cleaning a car wrap. Rinse off dirt with water and use a soft cloth or sponge with a non-abrasive detergent. Rinse thoroughly, use a silicone squeegee to remove excess water, and finish with a clean microfiber cloth.

Generally, it is not recommended to pressure wash your wrapped car. But your car vinyl wrap will be fine if you pressure wash with a distance of 5 feet and use gentle pressure, not higher than 1300 PSI.
